Hello everyone..Can someone help me understand why for the past 2weeks I have going back and forth with several people complying with everything that was asked repeatedly And then get a email saying the restriction is removed but I .still unable to purchase avatar clothing or metacoins! I also have a gift card I am unable to use. Please can someone give me clarity?

Have you tried reopening the solved case with the Meta Quest support team and letting them know that you are still having the same issue?
I have did this and still no resolution. It is very frustrating at this point. Alot of us have purchased the oculus to cope with real life dealings. We come on here for fun and creativity. I was enjoying being able to buy avatar clothing as to me use to shop in the real world but due to covid I have not done so.. Then horizon made it possible to do so and enjoy the creativity from creators was funfilled. Hope as for being in the MHCP I will have the opportunity to create avatar clothing as well soon..
