Right Hand Controller Operation

I've been told that Horizon is aware of this, but I thought I would try to confirm this on the discussion board. 

It's been over a month now, and so far, no build updates have fixed this issue.  I enter a world to start building and leave from the player's perspective, and enter build mode. When I return to player vision, my right controller no longer has the capability to rotate right or left.  I've been in the world with other collaborators, and they are NOT experiencing this issue.
