Spawn at pos/rot of camera? in desktop editor (not runtime) - for framing fixed cam

For framing a fixed camera perfectly: Is there a way to spawn an entity at the position and rotation of the camera in editor?

This is not a current feature. By default, objects added to a world have 0 rotation.
