Studio partner in Meta geographic region not accepted

Hello! Metavila is a startup, and my business partner and I would like to work together in the worlds. I suppose we cannot share the login by Metavila, and since we are in Brazil, she cannot even view the invitation sent to her to be a collaborator in the worlds we are starting to create. Is there any way she can be included? When we were invited, they said this would be possible.  We need some guidance on this. Thank you.
