I tried to use meta-AI to make cloths and texture mesh, and I get an error message that states Something went wrong to try again later. This is day 2 of the issues I cleared my cookies check for updates and restart my computer still the same.

No like when you go to avatar editor on the headset or on mobile it will not show tops or bottoms at all it’s just blank and says there isn’t any options
Best thing to do is summit a bug report, I ask around and no one else had that issue. You can create your own Discussion to see if someone else or a community manager can help you

hello my girlfriend had just bought a meta quest 3s like a week ago and when she goes to change her avatars tops or bottoms it’s blank and has been the whole time it just shows no options we had tried doing a factory reset still nothing it lets her use pre made outfits
