Unable to access quests & rewards in mobile app

Hi there,

Since this morning, i have been unable to access the Quests & Rewards option in the Meta Horizon mobile application.

When accessed through the button with the 3 lines in the main screen and then clicking the according Quests & Rewards button i receive the error: 

"Error: Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details

Relay: Unexpected response payload - check server logs for details"

I have been unable to rectify this error.

So far i have tried on different networks, 5g mobile network, cleared cache, cleared data, restarted phone, tried on 2nd phone (same meta account), uninstalled and reinstalled the app but all to no avail. 

Has anyone else encountered this issue and has anyone been able to get in?

I was told in Horizon central there is another way to get in from your profile, however my app doesnt seem show the same content there as other users seem to have. So there is no alternative way for me to access Quests & Rewards that i know of. 

Any help would be appreciated.
