This is still happening 10 hours later. I've worked for weeks on this submission and will be pretty sad if I'm not able to access my account to get it in today.

4012235785753988 and 2002481006825321 both "Investigating". Live chat said they were raising the priority but I still haven't heard anything
When I talked to Live Chat yesterday they said someone would get back to me in a couple hours max via email. 18 hours later and no email or anything.
I see, the developer link isn't the one you would want to be using.
I have flagged your issue internally. I'm going to PM you about this issue.
