URGENT (UNABLE TO TRAVEL TO BUILD OMLN DESKTOP EDITOR OR VR BUILD)

I’m unable to access my world Meta Millionaire: Game Show — whenever I try to enter in either the Desktop Editor or VR build, it fails to load and shows the error “Unable to travel / navigation failed.” Neither of my collaborators are able to enter the world either, so we’re all locked out and unable to edit or test.

    Hey there PRABH_x_STARK,

     

    We know how eager you are to get back working on your world, but are currently unable to do so, as you are receiving an error message and the world fails to load.

     

    Please submit a bug report regarding the issue you are currently facing with navigating to your world. To report a bug in Meta Horizon Worlds, please follow these steps:

     

    1. Open the Horizon Worlds app.
    2. Then, while holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
    3. Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection. Please submit details of the issue.
    4. You can use “key words” to describe their experience, such as:
    • Any error message
    • Location of the issue: ”creator menu settings missing”, “Arena Clash tracking off”, etc.

    Once the bug report has been submitted our engineering team will be able to triage the issue more effectively and look into the matter.

     

    We hope you regain access to your world again soon, so we can see the amazing world you've built!
