UV Map changes

I'm trying to texture a few of the new full body outfit.  The dresses.  I used the instructions from the tutorials on youtube.  When I export from substance and then back to meta, the uv maps are different.  See pictures below.  The first image is my uv map after I bring into blender then texture in substance.  Is there some settings I need to change?  I exported as 2048 x 2048

Can anyone tell me the solution for this or is there something wrong on your end?

    Apologies for the delay. I'll be more than happy to assist you with this issue. The best way to fix this issue would be to arrange the UV islands to match the UV template provided. Bringing the file to blender then going to the UV editing tab on  the top. Do you have experience working with the UVs of a 3d model? let me know I'll help you with that. đź’–

  • I have experience working with uv's but never in this manner.  I guess I can just bring the meta uv into blender as like an overlay so I rearrange it properly?  If I get it wrong it will look off on the clothes.  If you could do a quick video or something like that I will really appreciate more details.   So like the image below I brought in the uv guide.  Am I on track?Thanks
