Thanks Gausroth, at least it saves me scratching my head anymore! Would it be doable in unity?

In Unity? Yes, but you can't use Unity for Horizon Worlds.

Gousroth please explain why 1p and not 3p

They are different types of studios 1p, 2p, & 3p. 1p may have features that 2p and 3p don't have access to and 2p may have features that 3p don't have access to. I couldn't find any official definition/doc for 1p, 2p, 3p for Meta. For an example (Sony) does it this way:
First-party: A game published and fully funded by Sony. Usually owns the IP.
Second-party: A game published by Sony with partial or full funding coming from an external company. Usually doesn't own the IP.
Partner title: A game published and developed by an external company launching first or earlier on PlayStation platforms.
Third-party: A game published and fully funded by an external company.
This is just an example of how Sony does this. Amazon has a similar system but for sellers and I am sure most platforms have a similar system tailored to whatever their platform is for. Besides the feature access I am not certain what else it all covers for Meta. I also do not know which features they would have access to. Nor do I know how a 3p would become 1p or 2p.

Video players are unsupported. It may be a 1p feature but def unsupported for 3p.
