When Duplicating a Static Light, the Rotation doesn't get duplicated

When I duplicate anything, the rotation isn't duplicated. Seems like a general bug.

You're not doing anything wrong. I know there is a known issue with rotation while duplicating. What's not clear to me at the moment is whether the static light not duplicating the rotation at all is new or not, regardless, it is nothing you're doing wrong.

I had quite a few rotation resets when duplicating(walls turn 90 degrees, etc) any type of object. Not all the time, but Gizmos seem to have the rotation issue. 

Having the same issue when I duplicate anything.
