Worlds Desktop Editor won't launch

So I'm having an issue with Worlds Desktop Editor. Just downloaded and installed it. When I try to run it, some window appears for 1 second then nothing happens. I already tried running as administrator, changing the resolution, clearing cache, installing the VC++ Redistributable but none works. Does anyone else have the solution? I have newest version from official website.
