Z Button for Holstering

My game uses the in built holstering system.
All of a sudden, on mobile, with some items the Z button needs to be held for 2-3 seconds before a Swap happens. You can see the z button icon filling up while held, so its clearly intentional. This seems new or a recent change? I would really like to disable it, is there any way? Id like it to be a quick swap button with the native Z usage.
