Meta Horizon Creator Competition Update: What's Next?

 

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Meta Horizon Creator Competition focused on Mobile Genre Showdown! We're blown away by the creativity and imagination you've all shown. Just like the last competition edition, in our eyes, you're all winners for taking the time to create something amazing and embracing mobile.

 

What's Next?

  • Competition Survey Form: For those who submitted a world, Please take a moment to check your inbox and complete the 'Post-Meta Horizon Creator Competition Survey: Mobile Genre Showdown' (approximately 2-3 minutes). Your input is greatly appreciated.
  • Judging Period: Judging already kicked off on Monday, 12 May. Our judges are hard at work reviewing all submissions. Their evaluations will be completed on or before May 31.
  • Winners Revealed: Winners will be announced on or before June 30. We're working hard to make this announcement even sooner - stay tuned.

    I think that's probably the toughest part about the hackathon (besides the wait) - not being able to update!!! I certainly wouldn't update until we hear anything official. All the best to everyone who entered!

        Hi Ben! Quick question: how and when will winners be notified? Will it be before the scheduled public winner announcement date of June 30th. Will it be by email? Sometimes creator program emails do not make it to my inbox so I want to be sure I’m watching the proper channels. Thank you!
