But can the world have been worked on BEFORE the contest start date if it was never published?
Or can you publicly talk about your world, showing pictures and ideas before publishing?
I was planning on doing a detailed Journaling on YouTube and other social media, while my contest entry is being created.

Meta, I know it was a weekend. (edited for niceness) I really need to know by 12 PM Monday afternoon, PDT if I would be breaking the rules to publicly journal (on YouTube) my competition entry.
