Tried to create an account for this app and after numerous failed attempts and error messages that don't make sense, it was just left hanging on my final try.  Is there anyone that has this app and why doesn't it work for everyone?  is it a case of programmers needing to go back to collage or something as my headset is pretty much a dead leg when nothing much works on it.
