3d

hello I have a problem. And that is. I want to watch a 3D movie via Bigscreen. so i can check in settings a 3d glasses various 3d images you can choose. As soon as I have done that I start the movie and put on my Meta Quest 3S headset when I look at the image it is not 3d just hurts my eyes what am I doing wrong or what should I set differently ????
