I have bought 2 of these expensive VR headsets and purchased many games for my kids. My wife set up an account and kids accounts to allow them to play. Now the account has been disabled. I can’t seem to get anywhere with her account because anytime I log in it simply redirects to the disabled account message. There was nowhere to get help at all. I had to create another account just to be able to log in to try to get help which also didn’t work. What has happened to customer service!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company ever, from a customer help standpoint. Can someone out there please help?! In the meantime I will be looking into other competitor VR headsets, because if this is how Meta treats there customers when they need help, I want no part of Meta or anything they offer!
