After factory reset, all my games are completely gone

I recently factory reset my quest, I've always had one account, so I logged back in, but when I opened up my library, all my games were gone except for bonelab, so I went into the store app and tried to download all my games again, I went onto a few of the games i used to own, and it comes up with the option to purchase the game, even though I've spent money, I even have official receipts from meta that confirms all my payments, im still signed into the exact account, I've contacted meta but they flat out ignored me.
