All progress lost

Hi, I started up beat saber as normally two days ago but all my progress is lost for some reason?

I've tried restarting the game and my quest 2 several times, turning cloud backup off and on, and emailing beat games directly but I'm not able to reach them via email.

How can I get my progress back?

    I don't know why this happened, but I saw another user with the same issue

    Go to the Meta webpage.

    https://secure.oculus.com/my/profile/

    Click on "cloud backup" in the left bar

    Click on the small arrow next to "Beat Saber", It will expand and you'll see various backup dates.

    Select an older date and click "Restore."

    Some of your progress in the game will be lost, but at least not all of it.
