Hello Jeremy,
Thank you for reaching out about the display problems that you are having with the Angry Birds game.
We at Meta Store Support hope that you are enjoying your new Quest 3s, in spite of the display problems.
We would love to lend a hand in trying to resolve this for you, and get you back to enjoying your new headset to its fullest.
We suggest trying the following general troubleshooting steps to see if that helps improve the issue.
- Using a microfiber cloth, check that the cameras and sensors don't have any marks or smudges on them.
- Reset the boundary guardian in the Settings > Privacy and safety > Device permissions > Clear physical space history. Meta Quest guardian Boundary.
- Uninstall, and re-install the game.
- Log out of the phone app, and back in again.
- Restart the headset.
- If you have a secondary account on the headset, and the issue is still persisting, try enabling App Sharing, and launch the game from your secondary profile.
- Uninstall the application, restart the headset, and reinstall the application.
If you are still having any problems after that, and it is only happening in the Angry Birds game, then we would suggest contacting the developer directly for assistance- Resolution Games.
However, if it is happening in multiple games / apps then please let us know, and we will investigate this further for you.
Thanks very much
