    Hey there! 

     

    If the issue is only happening with 1 specific game, you can try the following: 

    • Uninstall the app 
    • Reinstall the app 
    • Restart your headset
    • Double check your Wi-Fi connection
    • Fill out a bug report (only if this is happening with 1 specific game) 

    We also advise that you contact the game developer directly if they have a support page.
