App not starting due to parental control, but it's the adult account
We have an issue with Gorilla Tag which doesn't start up, after an update. It says:
Can't play this app because it is pegi 3, set up parental guidance.
But, since the app is the adult account, which manages the parental control of child accounts, it doesn't have any parental control settings.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Well, after an hour of trying, such as restarting the headset etc. Suddenly, it has resolved itself, and we're in.
