Been playing ancient dungeons for a while and I recently upgraded from the 2 to the 3s my most recent progress will not transfer over I've tried backup and restore multiple times I can't get the most up to date back up to restore the progress I've made one the quest 2. Its only 10% progress but it was late game progress and time consuming.

Go to the web page with your cloud backups, select your Quest 2, scroll to "ancient dungeons".
Tap on the date and then on restore, it'll give you the option to choose on which device it should restore, select your Quest 3s.
If this doesn't work with the latest save date, maybe try it with an earlier date. There is a little arrow left from the game name, it expands if you tap on it and shows several save dates.
