APPS are all gone in VR dashboard

i migrated my oculus account over to meta a couple years ago. since then the email i used for all my accounts was hacked and i was able to reset it and change it to a good one. a few days ago an instagram account was set up under a different email i own and i had to get into it and delete it from my meta accounts. when i did this and then tried to log back into the meta app to play some elite dangerous, NON of my apps i purchased when my account was oculus are showing as purchased anymore. how can i resolve this? the support pages are about worthless when i try to search for it and ive followed the "log out of all meta sites and clear cache and cookies" with no luck. is there any way to get ahold of someone real on their tech team?
