Apps Not Downloading

I am having a major issue where none of the apps or updates on my Quest 3S are installing. Every download just says Queued or Installing indefinitely and never completes. This is happening for both new app downloads and updates for apps I already have.

 

Device: Meta Quest 3S

Software Version: 83v

 

Troubleshooting I’ve already tried:

 

Restarting the headset multiple times.

Turning Wi-Fi off and back on.

Canceling and restarting the downloads.

Checking for enough storage space

 

Is there a known fix that doesn't require a factory reset?

    This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Turned out that Meta server was either very busy or completely down. Don't know which. But the next day the game downloaded. Try also to download one by one, multiple downloads simultaneously can stop them all downloading.

        OK,, good question. Apps should be automatically updating in the background as you play or it's powered on.  I wanted to check with you today that everything is working OK now. 🤞🤞🤞☘️☘️ Let me know. If it's not you might have to factory reset. I had to do it once myself.
