Asgard's Wrath 2 - stuck in "Defeat Sakhmet" mission
The game crashed while fighting Sakhmet,
now the "eye of Ra does not teleport me to Sakhmet ... so I cannot continue ?

Hi there, pilot4 and TaskyZZ! We can see how disappointing it may be to get stuck in that part of Asgard's Wrath 2, so we'd love to assist further! In order for us to get a better idea of this issue, please clarify the following information when you folks have a chance:
- Is this the only game giving you this issue?
- Was this game purchased through the Meta platform or through another third-party platform?
- Is your headset and Meta Quest mobile app fully up to date with the latest software?
- So we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Yes, still having the problem. Those questions seem to be irrelevant considering meta is the only way to buy that game as far as I'm aware.
Yes, this is the only game giving me trouble getting into the fight with sahkmet. This is likely the only game with a fight with sahkmet.
My headset is fully up to date.
I was doing the sahkmet fight, lost, restarted, but decided not to continue and quit the game. Now there is no way to return to that place in the game, as far as I know.
Okay, thank you for letting us know! We can absolutely see how frustrating it is to lose your place in this game, so we'd like to share some troubleshooting steps to help. if you haven't already, please complete the following steps then let us know your results:
- Try uninstalling then reinstalling this game using these steps.
- Hard Reboot the headset by holding down the power button and volume down button (-) for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound. If you don't hear the boot-up sound, go ahead and enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device."
- Make sure your headset is still connected to your account in the Meta Quest mobile app.
- Try launching this game from the Meta Quest mobile app and see if there's any difference.
So, you are saying hard rebooting my headset and reinstalling the game will make the eye of Ra portal open?

you can roll back your save game.
There are already a few people who stucked at some point in the game and a roll back helped. them.
To roll back your save game, go in the game to settings - credit....there you'll find the option to roll back.
I hope this will bring you back to the game....I keep my fingers crossed🤞

yes, the title of the thread is so specific, this question tells us that you did not care to read it,
"Was this game purchased through the Meta platform or through another third-party platform? "
Again: Where else can you get the game in the subject? it would make more sense to as if a update was available.It is a pity that the games do not have they own, competent, support. On google play, each product has an email to support, at meta, all I get is that "all in one, does not know the game-support" and requires rboth email and OTP authentication to just log in to this forum. (which is a bad way of welcoming people) ... and why I respond to my own question first now.
They do. You have to go to the developers web site. Not the Meta website. Even though Meta owns the company that made the game.
I also did have to roll back my save as well.

If it helps anyone else that ran into this issue and maybe help with not have to roll back their save, this is what worked for me today:
I selected the giant creature to take me to the map, but when the map opened there were no visible icons for the eye of ra or somewhere to fast travel to. There are two problems. One, the eye of ra is behind you and two, the fast travel point isn't that close to where the eye of ra is.
So when you get to the map immediately rotate it around to see the eye. Then push forward to the eye and then keep following the pathways in the temple. They're hard to see because it's very dark grey on a black background but it's mostly just straight passages anyway. Shortly you will arrive at the fast travel point where you can jump back in right before you enter the pool of blood chamber. Hope this helps.
