Asgard's Wrath 2 - uncharted rift - kicked out of game

I enjoy Asgard's Wrath 2, and I have made some progress in both the main quest and the uncharted rifts. However, in the uncharted rifts, I keep getting kicked out the game in the middle of intense battles. When I am reinserted into the  game, I am turned around and attacked before I can grab my weapons.

Is there some way to prevent this glitch?
