Asgard's wrath 2 Save game lost

Hello,

i had reoccuring issues with "low memory", so  I deleted the game app data and also the game data one the web. what i did not know was that this would delete all my savegames.

I was around 70% through the game so I really dont want to start all over again. I was at the part with the god Tanuu in the swamps.

So my question is could any1 give me a savegame which I could upload on the web, if that is possible?

As I said, I really do not want to start all over again.

  • Game saves are tied to your account so no no one else can give you their save file unfortunately.

  • I thought there were a workaround.

Is there a solution for this low memory problem?

I deleted the files and lost 30 Hours of gametime but the issues is stil there, after 2 hours of playing (or earlier) the game crashes with the messages "low memory"

      Hello there!

We can see that you are struggling with a low memory error, we understand this is not the Metaverse experience you are looking for, so we wanted to give you a hand to solve this issue!

This kind of error is more likely related to the RAM (Random access memory) than to the actual storage of your device, a few steps that could fix the issue would be:

      • Close Background Apps: Many apps can run in the background, consuming RAM. To close them, go to your Quick Settings menu, find "Active Apps," and select "Stop" for each app you wish to close
      • Clear App Cache: You can often clear an app's cache through your headset's settings. Go to Settings > Storage > select the app, and then choose "Delete App Data" or "Clear Cache".
      •  Uninstall and Reinstall Apps: If the error consistently occurs with a specific app, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

Try those steps and if they don't provide a solution to your issue, please reach back out to us and we will be more than happy to provide you with further assistance!

Hope you're having an amazing week, keep us updated on your situation!

Is this serious support? He says his savefile is gone because he did what you are now again telling him to do (Clear App cache). Just say "We don't want to help you, you already paid us and now it's your problem". Because that is exactly how you act. Google "Asgard's Wrath 2 low memory" and get hit by a truckload of people having this issue SINCE OVER A YEAR. And you could go ahead and fix that, make the game actually playable, but instead people who ask for help get whatever jokeanswer your guide spits out without a second thought. This is embarrasing. Support and patch the game to an actual playable state instead of cashing in and then flying off with 0 support.

  • thanks for the backup.

I had this problem unfortunately again a couple of times. Even after i restarted the headset it happened instantaneously again. if this keeps on going like that it will be unplayable soon.

I think this game is a quite fantastic experience, but there are some really serious issues.

        Hi PapaFugly 🙂

If you haven't deleted all your cloud backups on the web like phoenix.592235  did, you've maybe "only" lost your last save game.
Try loading an earlier save game... that way, at least you've only lost part of your progress.

Go to " cloud backups" on the link below.

There is a little arrow beside each of your games..

Tap on it, it'll show you various save dates.... select one to load it.
