Hello there!
We can see that you are struggling with a low memory error, we understand this is not the Metaverse experience you are looking for, so we wanted to give you a hand to solve this issue!
This kind of error is more likely related to the RAM (Random access memory) than to the actual storage of your device, a few steps that could fix the issue would be:
- Close Background Apps: Many apps can run in the background, consuming RAM. To close them, go to your Quick Settings menu, find "Active Apps," and select "Stop" for each app you wish to close
- Clear App Cache: You can often clear an app's cache through your headset's settings. Go to Settings > Storage > select the app, and then choose "Delete App Data" or "Clear Cache".
- Uninstall and Reinstall Apps: If the error consistently occurs with a specific app, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.
Try those steps and if they don't provide a solution to your issue, please reach back out to us and we will be more than happy to provide you with further assistance!
Hope you're having an amazing week, keep us updated on your situation!
Is this serious support? He says his savefile is gone because he did what you are now again telling him to do (Clear App cache). Just say "We don't want to help you, you already paid us and now it's your problem". Because that is exactly how you act. Google "Asgard's Wrath 2 low memory" and get hit by a truckload of people having this issue SINCE OVER A YEAR. And you could go ahead and fix that, make the game actually playable, but instead people who ask for help get whatever jokeanswer your guide spits out without a second thought. This is embarrasing. Support and patch the game to an actual playable state instead of cashing in and then flying off with 0 support.
