Batman Arkham Shadow Bundle - No Game

Hi, I just purchased the Meta quest 3 from Amazon. The 512 GB version. I received it today and do not have access to play the Batman Arkham Shadow game. It wants me to pay to play the game. I bought the bundled version of the quest with Batman Arkham shadow included. How can I access this?

 

 My Meta Account is not showing my quest 3 attached to the account either.

 

Please help.
