Hello, I just bought a new meta quest 3 512gb with Batman Arkam Shadow included, but it does not have the game, I looked at my email and no code I was on the game store and it is marked that it is not free I would like to have the games as it is indicated on the box
I've seen a few people reporting this. I have found out from Anonymous that the offer ended at the end of April 2025 around the world except in the US and Canada so if that's where you are, maybe contact support. If you're out of the US and Canada I'm not sure what you can do. I hope you get it. Good luck.🤞

The game is neither preinstalled nor is there a code.
You must redeem it by following the steps below.
