Batman promotion
Hi, I bought the Meta Quest 3s and according to the promotion, it comes with Batman as a free gift, but I don't see the option in the promotions to redeem it. Can you help me?

This can happen. First go to the store from your mobile app and find the app. It might show ...redeem.....then you can just download it. But if it doesn't work , you can have it resolved and get your game.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have looked everywhere and I only see the option to buy Batman, and in the promotions, it offers me another game that I don’t like, even though the promotion is supposed to be with Batman... ☹️

We've just come across this post regarding the promotional bundle that you have purchased with your Quest 3S. First off, we'd like to congratulate you on your brand new Quest device!
For some clarification, the Batman Arkham Shadow promotional bundle has officially ended and has been replaced with the Gorilla Tag bundle within the past few months. It seems that the site you purchased the device from, may have just forgotten to update this in their details.
