better app management

So i've quest 2 and 3 and play games regular i was wonder if is a better way to manage files if i delete a game its gray scaled and with over 200 apps its quite a lot is thier away of adding a extra app screan i.e to sectionising apps. 

1. Games
2. horrizons games
3. genral streaming apps 
4. ediiting apps/ word ect. 
5. Genral apps settings messanger/ fb/ chat cameea and ect?

i just feel it would be more user friendly  if you could organise library more
