Bloatware Removal
I've had a quest 3 since release and used to love it, but over time its gotten worse and outrigh hostile to the user. Self-installing and corporate pushed apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp are useless and take up space. There are also games and "experiences" that I have no desire to ever loom at that are force installed. Theater Elsewhere, Bobber Bay Fishing, Super Rumble, the Office World, Kaiju City Showdown, Mega Tasty BBQ, and many, many more are forced to be on my device and eat a lot of storage space.
I'm considering selling or trashing the device and deleting my Meta accounts. It just gets worse as time goes on and their AI slop machine public relations bot doesn't do anything to help or address concerns. The soulless husks that wirk at Meta do not care about making a good or even functional device. It is beyond ridiculous to betry your usebase like this.
