I've had the same issue. There's no board to purchase anything.
Oh, the purchase board is invisible until you stand right in front of the centre of the shop's counter. If it's not appearing, maybe you have to recenter your view or you are standing too far away đ.
The weird thing about that shop is that the AI store person keeps repeating the last 3 or 4 words when they speak.
I'll give recentering a try today. But yes I was practicing my parkour looking around the entire island trying to find the mythical purchase screen.

Thanks for posting into our forum. We see you're having some issues with Bobber Bay shop not opening along with other bugs, no problem! In order to get this resolved, we'd ask that you submit a bug report in Horizon Worlds for us, you can do this with the below steps:
- Open the Horizon Worlds app.
- Then, while holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
- Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection, submit details of the issue.
- use âkey wordsâ to describe your experience, such as:
- Any error message
- Location of the issue: âcreator menu settings missingâ, âArena Clash tracking offâ, etc.
- Once you submit the bug report our engineering team will be able to triage the issue more effectively.
