Can’t purchase games on headset or app (PLEASE HELP)

So it’s been like this for like over a month and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried to put purchasing content more than once and it keeps telling me that I can’t do security reasons or something un unusual on my account and I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help.
