Can’t receive gifts

My birthday was on February 21st and my mom got me 5 vr games, and sent them to me in the form of a gift around 1 pm.  I haven’t received any pop ups or emails, and when i visit the page of the games that were bought, they are asking to be purchased again. It is February 22nd, 2 pm, and I still don’t have anything.  I hope it’s just a system error that can be resolved soon.
