i have free 3 month of meta horizon plus, but i can’t activate it because i haven't paypal and cant bind the card. i have money on quest cash wallet, but i don’t understand can i use them to buy horizon+ or no, because i haven’t the right button

to my knowledge there must be a payment method added to your account to use supscriptions.
Have you tried adding your credit card using the web page on pc instead of the mobile app?

You can't use quest cash. It's a filthy, disgusting method used by any console company offering a free trial for premium. They require you to add your card details, hoping you forget to turn off auto renew or forget to cancel before it ends so they can take your money.

You can try many games for free for 90 days... I consider that a gift, nothing filthy or disgusting.
Nobody is forcing you to use the free trial.
If you don't trust yourself to cancel the trial in time... simply don't redeem it.😉
One more thing: As far as I know, Quest Cash can be used for the subscription if another payment method is added to the account
