Can use purchased dlc

Just yesterday, I was getting on my game to play the dlc. When I checked, it was suddenly gone, and when I clicked on the "buy" I got stuck on a screen that wouldn't load so I had to reset my quest 3s. No matter how many times I tried to play it wouldnt let me

-not sure if this needed to be know but I was playing thief simulator.
