Cancel a subscription from an account that you no longer have access to

I need help. I couldn’t log in to my Quest 2 headset, and when I set a new password, I suddenly ended up in a completely new account. Apparently there is a subscription on this account, but I don’t want it. I wouldn’t be able to use it anyway, because I can no longer access this account—when I log in now, the correct account appears again. How can I contact someone to delete this account and deactivate the subscription? Please help, i can only see this account in my instagram but have no chance to get in it.

    First thing to do @Jean0 is not put any account names in your post, it's a public forum and someone can try to access that and do nefarious things. Second thing, contact support through this forum.
