I recently updated the Meta Horizons app on my phone and after opening the app I have been completely unable to find or use the Chats messages from my Quest on the app, Did the Chats functionality get removed entirely from the app?
Try to do a software update for your IOS or Android phone.

What is your current Horizon version?
I'm on v363.0.0.30.297 and I have the chat section.
The current version of my Horizon app is v364.0.2.18.265, The update was downloaded earlier today.
I'm on 364.0.2.18.265 (iOS) and have the Chat section (second icon on the bottom menu, next to Home).
However, I now have the following annoying bug:
