We hear you've bought yourself a Quest 3S with the batman bundle, what an amazing choice, we're super thrilled to hear you joining the Metaverse, however, it seems that you didn't receive Batman: Arkham Shadow, that's of course not how we want your experience in the virtual world to start, so let us look into this together and get this problem solved, so that you can jump into Gotham City ASAP.
Before you're able to redeem the promotional Batman game on your account, you will have to setup an active payment method, which can do very easily by clicking here, logging in and clicking on the "add a new card" option.

After you've added a payment method or if you already have one, then the next step is redeeming the game, for that you will have to get your phone and open the Meta Horizon mobile app.
Once opened, tap on the menu button at the top which are designated by the three lines, afterwards, you will have to scroll down to the "Payment and Subscription" tab and then click on the "Wallet", there should be a tab with "Payment and Extras" where you can redeem Batman Arkham Shadow.
