Cannot redeem gift bundle

I received a gift bundle "Walkabout Mini Golf - Whole In One Bundle" recently but I could not find a way to redeem it. Normally you should be able to redeem a certain app/game on that store page with the "..." button -> "redeem gift". However this button is just no accessible in any bundle gift.

When you check on any bundle, the store page only shows the Arrow sign which is a sharing button. I tried on Chrome or Edge but there is no luck.

I also tried to access the bundle store page on the headset itself (Quest 3). You will first see the "..." button on the bundle gift, next to the "purchase" button. Once you click the "..." button, it will vanish and the "purchase" button simply widened to take over the space that the "..." button took.

It is so frustrated to know that you can buy a bundle gift but you cannot redeem it.

Anyone who know how to redeem the bundle gift please let me know how. thanks
