Can't access Worlds
I recently got a 3S for Christmas and when I tried to access Worlds through the device it wouldn't let me saying it's unavailable. Then I tried it on the mobile app and it said that my account is restricted for violating several rules. It told me to check my email and there was none. I checked my account standing and it says that it is perfectly fine. I talked to the little AI helper but it's telling me to do things that are literally impossible like submitting an appeal when there is no option to do so. I can't find anywhere to talk to a real person at meta to fix this as I can only assume that this is a bug because I didn't magically violate several rules on VR before even having VR.
Okay so I talked to support and the problem was that I needed to disconnect my facebook account from my meta account and that fixed it. You'll have to restart your headset in order to get worlds on it after that.
