Can't access Worlds

    Okay so I talked to support and the problem was that I needed to disconnect my facebook account from my meta account and that fixed it. You'll have to restart your headset in order to get worlds on it after that.

I don't know, where in the world you are located, but Horizon worlds might be not available in your country.

View supported countries for Worlds in Meta Horizon

If you are not in one of those countries Worlds is not available to you.... unless you use vpn.

Thank you I am located in Canada which according to that list should be supported. I am also not using a VPN. I have contacted support and still waiting for a solution.
