Cant download After the Fall on desktop app

I purchased After the fall in the quest headset and wanted to airlink to my PC for better graphics. I cannot download the program to my PC via the desktop app. Other games are not having this issue it appears to be only "After the Fall".

 

I have opened a ticket (7786734) and there was no solution i was simply told that my RTX4090 was too powerful. Which should in no way keep the oculus app from functioning properly and the fact that other games work this way clearly shows this to be incorrect.

 

I would appreciate any help to resolve this. Also i have already tried the download and repair effort described on another thread. This did not solve the issue.

    For anyone else that comes across this post. At this time i do not have a solution. I will update once i do.

    So far i have been told,

    1. The game is not cross buy. It clearly is and shows this in the store. I have also confirmed this with other gamers that they were able to download the game on the desktop app.

    2. My GPU is too new. I have downloaded other games and they run fine.

  • I also have this issue, and it's clearly cross-buy because it installed on my Quest 2 after I purchased for PC. 

    Did you find a resolution?
