Can't download Beat Saber on Quest 2

Hi,

Posting here out of frustration--not sure where else to go.

I fired up my Quest 2 for the first time in ages and tried to install Beat Saber, which is in my library. After clicking download, it says "queueing..." but then automatically cancels.

If I visit the store within the Quest 2, clicking Download there sometimes results in an unknown error 12 failure to download. But, most of the time it has similar behavior to the above...it will act like it is starting to download but will then just stop.

The mobile app believes I don't own Beat Saber and is prompting me to pay money for it. If I try this, after confirming payment info, I get "something went wrong."

Please help!
