Cant install Meta Horizon Link on my PC

Question

I installed this application on my laptop without any problems but if I ran setup file on PC there is an error (screen attached) that immediately appears. Why does this happen?

Antivirus is turned off.

Thank you, but it doesn't work. I think that I have got another problem because I cant install application. In solutions that you linked users have installed application. I also uninstall onedrive. Same situation

Thanks, Steve, but that didn't help either. The issue description says that it occurs at 100% of the scale when installing the application. I don't even start the installation process, an error appears immediately after the language selection window.

Make sure you are running the installer as administrator. Make sure Windows is not blocking the Meta server (Hosts file, Firewall, apps such as PeerBlock, HostMan, etc).
