Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle not showing up!


Hi, I just purchased a new Quest 3s from Amazon to get the exclusive Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle. (I copied the offer below.) The bundle is not showing up in game, nor did I receive any email/msg/notification regarding it like it states below. I’ve tried a factory reset as well, as that is what others recommended on Reddit, to no avail. I’ve checked the available bundles in the store and it does not appear there either. Is this a scam? Please help!

      We've tried everything. My husband has spent hours on chat with Meta with no resolution. I only purchased a second headset because my son wanted this skin.

    so i hope this isnt true because i just bought this Gorilla Tag bundle on Amazon Nov 28 Black Friday.  If this is an Amazon exclusive, and you have to claim it by Sept 30th, then why is Amazon advertising and selling this bundle after Sept 30th?  It is still advertised and available to buy on Amazon right now (Dec 05/25) !!
