Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle not showing up!


Hi, I just purchased a new Quest 3s from Amazon to get the exclusive Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle. (I copied the offer below.) The bundle is not showing up in game, nor did I receive any email/msg/notification regarding it like it states below. I’ve tried a factory reset as well, as that is what others recommended on Reddit, to no avail. I’ve checked the available bundles in the store and it does not appear there either. Is this a scam? Please help!

      We've tried everything. My husband has spent hours on chat with Meta with no resolution. I only purchased a second headset because my son wanted this skin.
